The perfect aerial root support for your plants. Our extendable coco coir moss poles are handmade in the UK and designed to grow with your plant. Ideal for Monstera, Philodendron, Pothos and other climbing houseplants, these poles provide strong and natural support for healthy vertical growth.
Each pole is made from a hollow plastic tube wrapped in a thick layer of natural coconut coir and tied securely with strong 3-ply twine. The plastic core provides strength and durability without the risk of rotting, while the coir encourages roots to attach and absorb moisture.
Available Sizes
Base Poles: 60 cm, 80 cm, 110 cm
Each base pole is approximately three-quarters covered in coir and one-quarter exposed at the bottom for inserting into soil.

110 cm pole: 85 cm coir + 25 cm exposed tube
The exposed end is angled and sanded smooth for easier staking.
Extension Poles: 40 cm, 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm
Extension poles are designed to connect securely to a base pole and cannot be pushed into soil. Each extension comes with a flat connector, instructions and extra coir and twine to blend the joint seamlessly. Glue is optional but recommended for a stronger hold.
Combo Set
210 cm Stackable Moss Pole Combo – includes one 110 cm base pole and one 100 cm extension. This set comes with full instructions for connecting the poles, allowing your plant to grow tall and upright over time.
Care Advice
Water the coir regularly to encourage aerial roots to grip and grow. For stray roots, gently tie them to the pole using the included piece of string. With consistent care, your Monstera or climbing plant will develop into a striking vertical centrepiece.
